		<description>Interesting that you mention Mumbai and Google Earth. I remember that even in the 1980s, because of Kashmir violence, officials in Delhi would not allow photography of historic public buildings, even though they had been previously published over and over again. Seems like these satellite images are part of the public domain already..preventing technology never seems to work to prevent people from this sort of thing; you need to have other ways to find these folks out.</description>
